Sherburne County HHS, MN

For the past six months, Sherburne County Health & Human Services - a small but mighty team in central Minnesota - has been using Arclet to save time, collaborate more effectively, and strengthen their social media presence.

Kelly Ball, a member of Sherburne County's ad-hoc communications team, and her co-worker, Leah Krotzer. Kelly is the Regional Family Home Visiting Program Manager and Leah is the Regional Family Home Visiting Data & Analytics Manager for First Steps.

The Sherburne team juggles everything from WIC to family home visiting, disease prevention & control, refugee health, and emergency preparedness. With no full-time communications role, it was difficult to post consistently or manage content across staff and programming. When they first reached out they let us know: “We’re trying to post regularly, but it’s hard to keep up with everything. A calendar with assets would help.”

Now, with Arclet, they're on track to streamline access, scheduling, and teamwork all in one place.

“I love seeing what other counties are doing. It just gives me ideas. And then I don’t have to start from scratch.”

In a recent feedback session, the Sherburne team shared thoughtful insights that are directly informing Arclet’s product roadmap. From content scheduling to calendar planning and potential integrations, their ideas are helping us prioritize what matters most to small local teams with big goals.

“It’s great when something’s already made and you just tweak it. That saves so much time.”

Their input has already prompted improvements in image handling, scheduling workflows, and our approach to audience-specific content curation. We're also exploring how to better support regional collaboratives that coordinate messaging across multiple county pages.

Sherburne County has been one of our most active early partners, and we’re so grateful for their continued insight, transparency, and creativity - and to see what they're able to achieve in 2026.
