Arclet Access Fund
A recent national study in the Journal of Public Health Management & Practice finds that nearly half of government public health workers spend time on communications, but only 11% actually hold communications roles—and 73% have been in their current job for five years or less. Communications is essential, yet consistently under-resourced, overstretched, and undervalued.
The Arclet Access Fund aims to help close that gap.
Arclet is a platform built by and for public health practitioners to make it easier to find, customize, and share trusted health messages—without starting from scratch. The platform also includes Arli, an AI health communications co-pilot that helps teams adapt messaging for their audiences.
In 2026 Arclet is supporting three new pilot sites across the country with a full year of Arclet access at no cost. We’re looking for community-based organizations, community health centers, rural hospitals, and local public health agencies ready to strengthen their communications capacity and help shape the future of Arclet.
Selected partners will receive:
A 1-year Arclet subscription with unlimited seats (covered by the Arclet Access Fund)
Personalized onboarding and support from our team
The opportunity to collaborate on localizing and improving Arli, our AI health communications co-pilot
Together, we’ll explore how Arclet can make trusted, community-rooted communication easier and more effective—whether online or offline.
Timeline:
December 15, 2025: Applications close
January 6, 2026: Pilot sites announced
January–February 2026: Onboarding and first feedback session
Spring–Summer 2026: Ongoing support, evaluation, and content co-design
Arclet Access Fund: 2025 National Conference on Health Communication, Media & Marketing
In June 2025, we launched the Arclet Access Fund to help make public health communications more inclusive and connected.
Using a portion of our NC IDEA grant funding, the Access Fund covered registration costs for five health communicators to attend the 2025 National Conference on Health Communication, Media, and Marketing in Atlanta.
