The Customer Success & Insights Specialist is a relationship-driven role at the heart of Arclet’s growth and impact. This person supports public health communicators using Arclet—guiding onboarding, encouraging adoption, and building trusted relationships—while turning user conversations into actionable insights, evidence, and stories that shape our platform, content, and partnerships. The role blends customer success, qualitative insights, light communications, and impact documentation, helping Arclet deliver on statewide contracts, pilots, and funder expectations as we scale in 2026. (Part-time, W-2)
